No one wants to look like they don’t take care of themselves, plus excess belly fat can store rotten food that can turn into disease if it’s not disposed of correctly.
Believe it or not, your diet plays a major role in you losing weight and burning belly fat. If you want to get specific, 75% of losing weight is related to your diet. The other 25% is related to working out. If you workout and don’t eat properly, you won’t see any results. Such foods you should consider eating are
Whole Grains and Fiber:
These foods will help you cut down belly fat at a rapid rate. Implement these foods in your diet ASAP and you will see a change in your physical appearance and your energy levels will rise through the roof.
For the love of God (or whichever higher power you worship), don’t be one of those people that works out for one week and thinks they should lose 20 pounds immediately. It’s going to take a whole lot longer than 1 week and you MUST stick to a healthy diet.
You must hit the gym at least 4-5 days a week and incorporate a strict diet as mentioned in the tip above if you desire to lose weight, burn ugly belly fat, and attain the appearance that you desire.

You should be betting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night to operate at full efficiency and stay healthy. Make a change in your sleeping habits today and you will see a noticeable difference.
Now let’s talk about weight lifting. It’s time to muster up the courage and walk into the weight room of your gym. Once you enter this sacred room, you can call yourself a “Big Girl”, lol.
Strength training is conducive to losing weight because it’s proven if you mix weight lifting in with a proper diet and cardio, you will be able to burn fat at a much faster rate while retaining muscle.
If you do cardio alone with absolutely no strength training involved, you will look skinny and frail, and I highly doubt you want to look like that.
Strength training can also help improve blood flow, build a stronger heart, reduce cholesterol levels, and control your blood sugar levels. As you can see strength training is extremely beneficial to your workout routine, so it’s in your best interest to start immediately and see the results in due time.
Heck, you may even love it and decide to take up bodybuilding!
Yes, you are going to have to put down the chocolate, cookies, and energy drinks. Those fatty and unhealthy processed foods and drinks arent doing anything good for you except harming your long term health.
Start drinking more water, natural “fresh squeezed juices” juices such as coconut water, watermelon water, green tea, kale juice, and beet juice.
Stress can play a major factor in your weight loss journey. If you are always stressed out and can’t focus, your energy levels will be depleted and cause an imbalance in your hormones.
Whenever you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders just take a time out and do something you enjoy. Go for a walk or jog, go out to dinner with family or friends, or take in a show. I promise that you will feel 10X better after.
Life is too short to be stressed.
While you are working on blasting your annoying belly fat, you should als be working on defining your midsection. By doing abdominal exercises you will be able to trim down your belly, as long as you are doing everything else as mentioned above.

If tou have the oppurtunity to take the stairs instead of the elevator, then definitley take the stairs. If you can park your car on the otherside of the mall so you can get some extra steps in then do it.
The point is to always stay moving so you are always burning fat, not just at the gym, but in your daily life as well.
Having a progressive and success mindset is key to your weight loss journey.
I once read a quote that said “If you believe, then you can achieve”. This is so true. Whatever the mind can conceive, than the powers that be will lead you toward it.
