7 Ways to Increase Your Energy

Hey ladies, welcome back to Fat Loss Manifesto!!!!!! Today we are going to discuss 7 ways to increase your energy!

Have you ever felt like you couldn’t get out of bed because you were way too tired?

Do you have days when you missed your workouts because you were unmotivated and stayed home and watched TV?

Well the reason these events take place is because you are lacking energy. But have no fear! We are going to show you 7 ways you can increase your energy today!

Drink more water

Being dehydrated can leave you feeling tired, worn out, and sluggish.

Drinking plenty of water can help maintain the balance of bodily fluids, so your organs will be functioning correctly.

It also can help boost performance during exercise and helps with weight loss.

Make sure you drink enough water per day to keep you hydrated so you can be fully energized, awake and alert.

Sleep More

A lot of people do not realize that getting an adequate amount of sleep is paramount to be fully energized when you wake up and to have a productive day.

6-8 hours of sleep is recommended amount of sleep you should get on a daily basis. Any less than 6 hours of sleep, you could be setting yourself up for a long and drowsy day.

If you have problems falling asleep at night, you can take melatonin supplements to help put you down to sleep much faster.

Another way to get to sleep faster is to listen to pink noise or try meditating before you go to bed.

In the end, make sure you get enough sleep because your body and mind needs to refuel, replenish, and be ready for the next day.

Socialize with High Energy People

This is one of the most overlooked and underrated ways to increase your energy. The people you hang around will eventually rub off on you.

If you hang around motivated, energetic people that will uplift you, then you will assimilate and mimic their behavior.

If you hang around people that are constantly in a bad mood and highly negative toward people and life, you will be a person that can’t stand life and have low to no energy.

Be careful who you choose to hang out with. Because you will eventually become who they are.

Take Multivitamins Daily

Vitamins are an excellent way to get a dose of energy in your body.

I take Vitamins D and B12 everyday, and I notice after I take them I get a shot of energy.

Vitamins D and B12 has many benefits such as reducing depression, boosting weight loss, and most important give you energy.

I highly suggest you incorporate these vitamins in your daily diet and stay consistent with taking them so you can see an increase in your energy.

Eat Almonds and Peanuts

Almonds and Peanuts are high in magnesium and folate. These nutrients are very essential for energy and cell production.

Make sure to always get unsalted nuts, because you sure as heck do not need any sodium in your system. Salted nuts are counter productive to what you are trying to achieve, which is increasing your energy and just not a good idea for you to have.

Last but not least, you need to eat clean, whole foods and stay away from junk foods.

Junk food with lots of cholesterol, sodium, grease and fat will slow you down, weigh you down, and make you feel very tired.

Started eating clean. Start cooking for yourself. See the difference on how your body responds to eating differently.

You will thank yourself that you made the switch, and your body will be thankful too..
